Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Stickers, such as slap stickers, diecut stickers, windshield, etc.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via E-mail / WhatsApp. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will send your refund via paypal immediately.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to production failure, not by customer’s fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@isekaistickers.com.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product back to our store, Just e-mail us first to cs@isekaistickers.com.
Returned product must be in the same condition when you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Products that are returned to sender due to no one received it
We can send back Order(s) or Product(s) that are unreceived / bounded back to us with certain terms :
If customer failed to retrieve the package or already moved from initial address :
If the address that you write was wrong or you already moved, Please note to us your new address.
If you want to get your package back, you must pay us the shipping fee directly via PayPal. Because in order to send it back to you, we have to pay another shipping fee, and the product(s) will be packaged in a new cardboard / envelope. Shipping fee will be different depending on your country.
Make sure you received the package after we ship it to you for the second time. If you didn’t receive it again, We will not ship back your order(s) / product(s) anymore.
If the package didn’t go through or missing because of our mistake :
If we accidentaly make mistake in typing the address, we will produce your order(s) again, and then send it back to you again free of charges.
If the package was missing, we need to identify the problem first. We usually check the tracking number and we will see if the product was received or not.
You have to wait at least 14 – 30 days after you submit this case.
We will message you and ask for confirmation regarding the address. We need to make sure that the address is correct.
If after the second time we ship it the package still unreceived, we will not send the package anymore.
